Brief
Support the merger of Maison Charles Esser and Nettoyage Jules Becker through the creation of a unified brand identity, designed to highlight a strong heritage (since 1907) while modernizing the company’s image. The challenge: assert a professional, clear, and credible positioning across all internal and external touchpoints.
Solutions
Complete visual identity redesign: creation of a structured, timeless logo balancing tradition and modernity, supported by a sober, distinctive color palette (deep blue and signature yellow);
Consistent rollout across all media: vehicle signage, workwear, stationery, sales brochures, and HR materials, conceived as a cohesive graphic system;
Focus on hierarchy and clarity: short, legible messages immediately identifiable in real-world, operational contexts;
Employer-branding and field credibility approach: pedagogical internal materials, illustrative iconography, and an accessible tone to strengthen team engagement;
Rigorous graphic execution: production-ready files, strict adherence to technical constraints (vehicle branding, textiles, printing), and long-term visual consistency.
